If you have an issue showing one of our listings, for example the lockbox does not work, there’s no key in the lockbox or the tenant is not calling you back, email us at info@wdrecalifornia.com. Please provide the property address in the subject line and it will be addressed ASAP.

If you wish to submit an offer on any of our traditional or short sale listings, please include all your contact information on your cover sheet including your email address. The best way to receive a clear copy of your offer is via email but you may also fax your offer. Email offers to offers@wdrecalifornia.com or Fax offers to 619-342-9702.
